Miley Cyrus is unbothered and unstoppable.
The 30-year-old singer-songwriter has been atop the music charts since she released her hit song “Flowers,” and now she is giving back to her fans for all the support they’ve shown her.
“Flowers is #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 for the 6th week in a row,” the singer-slash-actress wrote in a social media post. “To thank you, I’m dropping the ‘Flowers’ demo on Friday.”
“Flowers” is the single off her upcoming eighth studio album, “Endless Summer Vacation.”
It also happens to be her second longest-running No. 1 song, following her 2013 hit song “Wrecking Ball,” which reigned over the charts for a total of 32 weeks, reports say.

“Flowers” is one of Cyrus’ most popular and telling songs, loaded with jabs towards an ex-lover.
It was released on Jan. 12-Liam Hemsworth’s birthday and fans automatically assumed it might be about her ex-husband.
The song also included lines that alluded to their rocky relationship, like the line “We were right ’til we weren’t / Built a home and watched it burn.”
Reports noted that following the release of the song, the actor had filed a defamation case against Cyrus because the song cost him his role in “The Witcher.”
Fans were quick to defend the singer: “Miley never said it was about Liam, so if Liam feels the song is about him, he must have a guilty conscience.. this would also never hold up in court lol.”
However, the source of the lawsuit came from a Cyrus fan account on Twitter, and no official documents back up their claim–the defamation suit against the singer seems to be bogus.
It’s clear that Cyrus’ fans are just looking out for her, and making fun of her ex in the process.
In 2019, prior to their sudden divorce, the singer spoke about her rocky relationship with the actor.
“I think it’s very confusing to people that I’m married,” she said. “But my relationship is unique. And I don’t know that I would ever publicly allow people in there because it’s so complex, and modern, and new that I don’t think we’re in a place where people would get it.
“I mean, do people really think that I’m at home in a fucking apron cooking dinner? I’m in a hetero relationship, but I still am very sexually attracted to women. People become vegetarian for health reasons, but bacon is still fucking good, and I know that.
Her headstrong personality was shown when she expressed how she felt about being called a wife: “I made a partner decision. This is the person I feel has my back the most. I definitely don’t fit into a stereotypical wife role. I don’t even like that word.”
